I had my first appointment here yesterday and have no complaints whatsoever. I interacted mostly with the dental assistant Faye, who was extremely friendly and clearly very knowledgeable. Her and Dr. Larsen both took great care to explain things well and answer any questions I had to make sure I understood everything and knew my options. I’ll be going there from now on for sure. Highly recommend!

This place is a scam! I went to them a year ago! They did a deep cleaning because they said I needed it. They came in with all my options and told me how much my responsibility was. They called me for my follow up and I chose to go to a different dentistry. I now have a bill sent to me for close to 500 dollars a year later when I paid them 300 dollars at the initial visit and I presented my insurance at time of visit! I take bills very seriously, if I owed you that much, that is something you should have communicated way before a year after my visit. Dentistry has become almost like car sales, beware of who you purchase from!

Horrible The guy in front desk was having attitude and wasn’t helpful at all . they trying to get you to pay more money even if you have health insurance I ask for simple things but thy make it worse. I just went to other dr every thing goes well I never go there again

Karen has been very helpful and worked to get me in for a quick appointment, and my experiences with Dr. Hovancik and Bethany have been great!

Unfortunately, I saw another dentist at this location for an emergency due to Dr. Hovancik being out of the office. The bonding he did for my tooth fell out within a week, and even though I had gotten it done within a month or so from the first time, they would not re-do it without charging for a whole service again. I paid my part,, I received two new bills from them six months later. They should not be charging patients to fix poorly-done jobs, and the billing department is clearly not working efficiently.

Today I received a bill in the mail for $322 I have no clue why when I didn’t have any dental work done! They gave me a exam, and that’s it… exam and they didn’t want to give me the cleaning that I initially came in for. I will be reporting this! In no way should I be billed for $322 with no work done on my teeth! I’m not into be scammed or hit upside the head with random bills for no work done! A cleaning never happened! You’ll be reported

This was my first visit to this office and it exceeded all of my expectations. The previous reviews about this practice are accurate and I can attest to it. Delores and Bethany were very professional and helpful. Dr. Larsen was very thorough and he put my mind at ease with the treatment that was provided. I highly recommend this practice and I’ll be returning for all of my future dental needs! Thank you Dr. Larsen and staff for providing me with exceptional service!
